90 Years in the Making - The Next Generation of Oliver Slicers is Here!

Walker, MI June 1, 2022, Oliver is thrilled to announce the launch of the Oliver Select™ on-demand single loaf slicer and Oliver SelectPro™ continuous-feed bread slicer! Our new Select series slicers are built with the same high-quality standards cornerstone to our brand for 90-years. New features include a state-of-the-art blade replacement cartridge system and slice-spacing conversion kits.

At the start of the development process, Oliver invested time in listening to our customers and understanding what works, what does not, and what could make a bread slicer better. From this research, it was clear there was a need for slice spacing options and a less complicated method for installing fresh slicing blades. The new Oliver Select™ and SelectPro™ slicers hit both targets.

Our patent-pending blade cartridge system, exclusively designed for the OliverSelect™ and SelectPro™ slicers, was intentionally designed as a DIY system, making the blade changing process now safer and easier to complete. In the past, replacing blades was a blade-by-blade process, but now, worn blades are replaced as a complete set. This same technology allows slice spacing to be changed as well. All without handling individual blades, and in less than 30 minutes!

• The continuous-feed intake chute on the Oliver SelectPro™ allows for multi-loave slicing with the assistance of a built-in last-loaf pusher
• Easy loaf-size adjustment and loaf-stop guides on both Select slicers help keep bread moving consistently through the slicer
