Walker MI, April 29, 2016 – Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company announces changes in leadership for the Food Equipment Division “As Oliver Packaging & Equipment Company continues to grow we need to insure the company is properly positioned. These promotions and position changes are in recognition of the individuals past efforts which are an excellent indicator of their future success. At Oliver we are very fortunate to have a deep bench of talent, which allows us make these changes internally. We know they will do well in their new roles” says Ken Goodwin, President.
Joe Gallagher is promoted to Director of Food Equipment. Joe began his career at Oliver as a high school co-op student and continued as an intern while pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (Flint MI). After five years at The Home Depot corporate in Atlanta GA serving in both financial services and online development, Joe returned to Oliver in 2013 as manager of new product development. In 2014 he was promoted to Director of Engineering. With his broad and diverse background of engineering, finance, and systems, Joe’s skills in analytics and strategy will position the Food Equipment division for continued growth.
Frank Fuller has been named Director of National Accounts. Frank began at Oliver in 2014 as Oliver’s Eastern US Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining Oliver, Frank served in the US Navy for 24 years, including five years in the White House as Director of Presidential Food Service. Post Navy experience includes time with Hobart Corporation as a Sales Territory Manager. This combination of operations and sales experience will be leveraged in growing existing and new chain business.
Mark Pierson has been named Oliver’s Eastern US Regional Sales Manager. Mark has been with Oliver for 18 years. His knowledge of bakery and food service markets and strong relationships with end users, dealers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives brings a tremendous amount of experience and laser focus to this region and the markets Oliver serves.
